Songkran at Epsom Downs

Well the race didn't go as planned today, he got into a great position early doors but unfortunately he didn't take to the course (as you will hear from Harry). It was the first time Songkran has ran at Epsom and as some of you will know it takes a certain type of horse to handle the hill there. As you will have noticed it was at this point in the race (the hill) that Songkran started to lose his position as the hill unbalanced him a little. We have learnt a lot from the race and we won't be returning to Epsom. We do have two races identified for him towards the end of September at York and Newcastle.
