Edward Park
Race Manager
From his love of horses Edward founded Stoneleigh Racing in 2018 with the desire to bring racing clubs into the 21st century and make it affordable to all.
He wanted to work with like minded, driven people and interviewed quite a number of trainers. Becky stood out having a great track record and superb facilities and they've worked together ever since, resulting in a 40% win ratio. Edward's main responsibility is the management of the horses in training.
Rebecca Menzies
Trainer
From stable lass, to racing secretary, to travelling head lass, to assistant trainer for Grade 1 and Cheltenham Festival winning trainer Ferdy Murphy; it has been through drive and sheer determination that she now presides over her own impressive training establishment. Boasting 70 boxes, the move to the state-of-the-art facility has enabled Rebecca and her ambitious team to push the operation on to the next level and we are proud to be part of the journey.
Mark Priestley
Finance Officer
As a lifelong fan of the sport of horse racing, Mark jumped at the opportunity to join Stoneleigh Racing at its inception in 2018. Working closely with industry professionals (eg trainer, British Horseracing Authority) has been extremely interesting and informative, and has underpinned the success of Stoneleigh Racing. Mark will be focussing on managing the finances and administrative matters relating to Weatherbys and the BHA.

Rebecca Menzies Stables
Our horses are based at Howe Hills Stables, the home of Rebbeca Menzies, which is located 5 mins from the A1 just outside of Sedgefield. The 300 acre stables has the finest training facilities which include :
- An all weather, deep sand, round gallop.
- A 1/2 mile grass gallop.
- A 1 1/2 mile carpet fibre gallop.
- A full size Indoor School with state of the art Easy Fix Hurdles.
- A recently surfaced enclosed lunging ring which gives fantastic scope for training and teaching horses under our care.
- Equine Spa & Theraplate.
- Plenty of space to turn out horses throughout the year.
These state-of-the-art facilities ensure all our horses are given the best treatment and enable Rebecca and her ambitious team to achieve the best results.
Racehorse welfare
Racehorse welfare is our top priority. If a horse has a setback in training or is deemed not to be fit enough to race for any reason, then the horse will rest until fit and ready. We are extremely passionate about the welfare of all of our horses, and will always ensure that any horse retired is given a loving home when they retire from racing.
