Dubai places at Uttoxeter

Well what a great performance from Dubai yesterday. The day started off well with her winning best turned out before the race , I think you’ll agree from the picture below that she did look very well indeed.

The race went as we assumed she was held up in the rear and moved into the race slowly. Turning into the back straight she breezed past a few tiring horses and joined the leading group. She had every chance on the run in but a mistake two out might have cost her a little momentum. Finishing a solid 3rd place and showing progress gives Becky belief she will go better next time, a view shared by the racing post ;

“That’s My Dubai was back in a handicap and did well considering a stronger gallop would’ve helped. She’s not long been with this yard and looks ready to win.
