Unfortunately Maid fell short of completing a hat-trick of wins

Well we came so close to completing the hat trick yesterday. Maid was well behaved going down to the start despite having to walk the gauntlet of fairground rides and screaming children. She ran a solid race but unfortunately the wall of horses in the final 3f didn’t open up and she had to take the long way round costing her valuable time which ultimately cost her, finishing second.
